Free Concerts Every Friday Night In May!

Take the family out to Evening Shade in Johnston Park each Friday night in May to hear some great music and enjoy the lovely cool evenings we’ve been having! Put on by the Allied Arts Council, this year’s concert series offers an eclectic mix of musicians- I’m pretty excited about the swing group personally! The concerts start at 6:30 p.m. and in the event of inclement weather, will be moved to Arnold Elementary School.

May 15—Swingtime Orchestra and River City Red Hots
May 22—VW Boys
May 29—Leon Redbone
