The East Tennessee Shopper is a money-saving show that airs Monday nights at 8:00 pm, on WTNB Charter cable channel 5 in Cleveland/ also over the air on channel UHF 27. It sells certificates for local restaurants at up to 50% off retail price! Right now several local restaurants are involved, check it out!

To reserve the certificates, just watch the program and wait for the restaraunt that you’re interested in to come on. Then you call the number, supply some identification info to the host, and you can pick up your certificates at 1st National Bank in downtown Cleveland.
